Delivery and Returns

Delivery is made by Parcelforce 24 service. This is a signed for service, please ensure the address provided has someone available for signing. You can buy any product, whatever the price, size or quantity, and we will aim to dispatch all goods orders within the United Kingdom (UK) between 3 to 5 days of the payment.

Europe - European shipping times vary. Please email us with your order enquiry and we will quote the lowest price available for shipping. European orders are typically £10.00 each but for multiple items we combine the shipping as much as possible, providing you with better value.

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery and you have contacted us via email or phone, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
